SOC - AIM & OBJECTIVES
Aim:To have a positive impact on the
underprivileged sections of society
Objectives:
The community outreach in the institution is being carried out at three levels i.e. College, Department and Club and the focus is in the following areas;
Objectives:
- To enable the students to learn social responsibility.
- To provide an exposure about underprivileged groups and create an ambience to reflect on the possible ways of intervention in their development.
- To learn from the people's experience and try to create facilities that would empower them.
- To make our institution and individuals to realize our duty towards serving the neighborhood communities.
The community outreach in the institution is being carried out at three levels i.e. College, Department and Club and the focus is in the following areas;
- Hobby Classes and other welfare activities for orphan/ underprivileged or economically backward Children.
- Youth Welfare and education to love.
- Welfare of the Aged and Differently-abled and Sick.
- Tuition Classes for the weaker sections of society.
- Health, Sanitation and Clean environment in the Community/Society
