Admission Process

Post Graduate Programme:
Applicants may apply for the PG programme from when applications are made available online on the College website till the date of closure.

Under Graduate Programme:
First Year UG Online Admissions 2024-25 for Aided and Self Finance Programs shall commence from 27th May 2024 on the DHE Goa Portal.

All applicants must visit the page: http://apply.chowgules.ac.in/ and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and other mandatory details. (The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages). An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme is fulfilled.

Guidelines to applicants:

Candidates should ensure that they enter the correct marks in the field_entry given in the online application as this data will be carried forward for preparing the selection list. Any error in the marks entered will be treated as fraudulent/falsified leading to the application being rejected at any given time during the application/selection or admission process.

a) To fill the application you must have a copy of statement of marks of Class 10, Class 12(UG Self Financed).

b) To fill the application you must have a copy of statement of marks of Class 12, UG- Semester I to Semester 5 (PG Self Financed).
