Shaikshik Shodh Meemaansa

The College is celebrating "Shaikshik Shodh Meemansa" an annual practice wherein final year students showcase their Project work in the form of Poster or Power-point presentation to their peers (Junior year students). Find below detailed schedule:

09.00 am - 09.30 am ----- Registration & setting up by Final Year B.A. & M.A. Students

09.30 am - 10.15 am ----- Reviewing Projects by Final Year B.A. & M.A. students

10.15 am – 11.30 am ----- First Year B.A. & Part I M.A. Students

11.30 am – 01.00 pm ----- Second Year B.A. Students

Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Vocational & Masters in Science

Date: 28th February 2026

Venue: Tiger Quadrangle

Timings Attendees

09.00 am - 09.30 am --------- Registration & setting up by Final Year B.Sc., M.Sc. & B.Voc. Students

09.30 am -10.15 am ---------- Reviewing Projects by Final Year B.Sc., M.Sc. & B.Voc. Students

12.30 pm – 02.00 pm ------- First & Second Year B.Sc. & Part I M.Sc. Students

All Project guides must ensure that their project students mandatorily prepare the Poster or Powerpoint presentation based on the attached guidelines provided for the poster presentation and template for the powerpoint presentation. All guides along with the students to be present in the quad by 09.00 a.m as per the schedule mentioned.

Heads of the departments are requested to ensure that the first and second year along with the Part I students attend the Shaikshik Shodh Meemansa as per the schedule mentioned above.

Note:

1. If Power-point presentation is opted, the students will have to ensure to get their own fully charged laptop.

2. All the First year, Second year and Part I students should attend this programme on their respective faculty days as per the schedule.

In additions to the above on the occasion of Science Day, the College has invited special talks mentioned are as below:

Timings Talks

10.30 am – 11.30 am “Indian Activities in Antarctica” by Dr. Mirza Javed Beg, Retired Scientist ‘G’, NCPOR

11.30 am – 12.30 pm “The Blue Economy and an Introduction to the Polar World” by Dr. Ravidas K. Naik, Scientist D, NCPOR

The invited talks are open to attend by the faculty and students.
