Chowgule Sports Centre is a unique training facility, which combines
science and the art of training. This state-of-the-art center has
India's first artificial football field along with a functional
acceleration sports training center and a world class sports
medicine center. All the necessary equipments and technology, time
tested proven training protocols makes this centre a unique one. If
you are looking for an edge in the competitive world of sports over
your fellow athletes, if you are looking for a place to get a
complete workout -aerobic or anaerobic or you simply are looking for
a place to play tennis, Futsal, Basketball, Table Tennis or Football
with your family/friends, then Chowgule Sports Centre will provide
you an international sports training experience, be it with the
ambience equipment or the training method itself. Chowgule Sports
Centre is your one stop facility for Sports & fitness.
The football ground was the first artificial turf ground
in the country and also the first in the South Asia. It's an all
season turf which makes it durable and playable to the climatic
conditions in this subcontinent. The ground is used for practice by
teams like FC Goa (U-14/U-17/U-19/Seniors), AIFF, Chowgule College
Tigers Football Club & many other teams and academies.
Play 5-a-side football like you have
never played it before; Futsal is a fast-paced, fun, skill-oriented
game that tests your abilities at whatever level, whilst developing
all-round individual technique. Futsal is the only form of indoor
soccer endorsed by FIFA. The game is played on a smaller field with
continuous substitution of players. The Futsal court at the centre
is first of its kind in the state of Goa; this is a specialized
rubberized Futsal court. It is a floodlight court therefore can be
used day and night. Apart from our gym, both our football and
Futsal ground are available for general public, corporate sports
events and professional teams on prior bookings and appointments.
College TIGER Futsal Club Team trains and plays weekly matches
here.
Our center provides Steam & Jacuzzi facilities. Jacuzzi
can be a good place in which to relax with family and friends. The
bubbling of the Jacuzzi is particularly soothing and will help you
relax not only mentally but also physically. The hot water of the
Jacuzzi whirlpool bath is relaxing, eases aches and pains. Sitting
in a Jacuzzi can help heal sports injuries, as the heat can soothe
muscle spasms and speed up recovery time. You can surely relax and
rejuvenate yourself once in every ten days by opting out for a
Jacuzzi and steam bath.
