Admission Process

Under Graduate Programmes (BA/BSc/BVoc) :
First Year UG Online Admissions 2025-26 for Aided and Self-Financed Programmes shall commence soon on the SAMARTH E-Gov Portal.

Post Graduate Degree (MA/MSc)/Post Graduate Diploma (PGDCA/PGDGIS/PGDCGMLT)/Other (Diploma/Certificate/Ph. D.) Programmes :
Applicants may apply for the PG Degree/PG Diploma/Other Programmes from when applications are made available online on the College website till the date of closure.

All Post Graduate (PG) applicants must visit the page: https://apply.chowgules.ac.in/ and register by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID and other mandatory details. (The email id and mobile number provided will be used for sending confirmation and application status-update messages). An applicant can apply for as many programmes using the same ID as long as the prescribed eligibility criteria for the specific programme is fulfilled.

Guidelines to Post Graduate (PG) applicants:

Candidates should ensure that they enter the correct marks in the field_entry given in the online application as this data will be carried forward for preparing the selection list. Any error in the marks entered will be treated as fraudulent/falsified leading to the application being rejected at any given time during the application/selection or admission process.

To fill the application you must have a copy of statement of marks of Class 12, UG- Semester 1 to Semester 6 for PG (Post Graduate Programmes).
