As per the attached circular issued by the Directorate of Higher Education, Goa, it is informed to the staff, faculty and students of the CES, Parvatibai Chowgule College of Arts and Science, (Autonomous), that a public holiday has been declared tomorrow, Thursday, 06 July 2023 due to expected heavy rains.
