Dear Students

This is a golden opportunity for you to apply and get a Voter Card for those who are above 18 years of age. The college will facilitate to get the Voter Card. You are required to collect the Voter Registration forms (for new voter card Form-6 and for corrections in existing Voter card Form-8) from the college office desk and fill up the form. You are required to attach the following self attested documents along with the form and submit to the office desk for further processing :

1. Birth certificate, School leaving, Passport (Any one)
2. Aadhar card
3. Electricity bill, water bill, house tax, bank passbook, rent agreement (Any one)
4. Photo passport size
5. Any one family members Voting card copy
